Dar Al Thaqafa - Jordan- has issued a book entitled "Artificial Intelligence", one of the challenges of contemporary civil responsibility - a comparative study, written by Dr. Bakhit Al-Daaja, Ph.D. in Civil Law, in the Kingdom of Jordan.
The book deals with a valuable study that discusses the extent of the legal impact and clarifies the challenges of traditional civil responsibility in keeping pace with developments, in addition to tracking doctrinal trends in this regard, seriously considering and researching the issue of the newly created legal problems, and striving towards developing civil legislation in line with technical and technological progress away from traditional propositions. By adopting the updated jurisprudence in an effort to solve problems before they start according to the future local and international perspective of science, means and methods of the near future, especially since international and electronic trade is a reality that necessitates modernizing legislation to keep pace with and engage in the international system.
